Privacy Policy
We ask companies to trust us with what they know. That trust starts with being plain about the little we collect here, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
KnowledgeApp is a product of Yojana Technologies, a software company based in Lalitpur, Nepal. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website, www.knowledgeapp.co. It does not cover the separate, contractual handling of documents inside a customer's private KnowledgeApp workspace — that is governed by the agreement and NDA signed with each customer.
Questions about this policy, or a request about your information, can go to info@knowledgeapp.co.
Information we collect
We keep this deliberately small.
- What you send us through a form. When you book a walkthrough or start a pilot, we collect the details you enter — your name, role, company, email, phone number, company size, industry, the challenge you describe, and any message. You choose what to put in these fields.
- Analytics and advertising, only if you accept. If you accept, Google Analytics collects standard usage data — pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and how you arrived — and, through Google's advertising features, may add demographic, interest and cross-device signals. If you decline, none of this is collected and no Google tag is loaded.
- Basic anti-spam signals. Our contact form uses a hidden field and a timing check to distinguish humans from bots. These are technical and are not used to profile you.
With your consent, we also use advertising and remarketing cookies through Google's advertising features, which help us measure and improve our marketing. Like analytics, these load only after you accept — nothing is set beforehand — and you can withdraw at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies until you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner. We use Google Analytics 4 — including Google's advertising features — with consent gating: the Google tag is downloaded only after you accept, so a visitor who declines, or who has not yet chosen, is never sent to Google.
Your choice is remembered in your browser. To change it, clear this site's storage in your browser settings and reload the page; the banner will appear again.
How we use your information
- To reply to you and arrange a walkthrough or pilot.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it — only with your consent.
- To keep the site secure and free of spam.
We do not use this information to make automated decisions about you.
How your information is stored and shared
Form submissions are stored in a spreadsheet inside our own Google account and trigger a notification email to our team. Analytics data, where consented, is processed by Google. In both cases Google acts as our service provider.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We disclose information only where the law requires it, or to the service providers above strictly to run this website.
Confidentiality of your documents
Nothing you enter on this website includes your company's internal documents. When an engagement begins, we work under NDA from the first conversation, your material stays private to your organization, it is never pooled with other customers' data, and it is never used to train public AI models. That commitment is the heart of the product, and it is set out in the agreement you sign with us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up and, where a relationship begins, for the life of that relationship and a reasonable period afterward. Analytics data collected via Google Analytics is retained for 14 months, after which the user- and event-level detail is automatically deleted. You can ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@knowledgeapp.co and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect precisely so there is little to expose.
Children
This site and KnowledgeApp are intended for organizations and the professionals who work in them. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
